I work with a small number of commercial leaders -  GMs, heads of business units, and senior commercial‑operations or sales leaders - offering regular, candid conversations grounded in real experience. These sessions are designed to create a trusted space where you can think out loud, reflect on your leadership, and explore what’s shaping your decisions, assumptions and impact.

With more than 20 years in senior roles across global and regional contexts, followed by a decade advising executives, I understand what drives strategic progress and what slows it down. My role isn’t to provide a playbook, but to serve as an external thinking partner who asks the right questions and gets you to the heart of what matters.

The kinds of real, day-to-day challenges we explore during mentoring conversations include:
 
  • a team member they can’t seem to influence 

  • a stakeholder relationship that feels strained 

  • a strategic initiative that isn’t moving 

  • a sense of overwhelm, prioritisation, or role clarity

My approach is reflective rather than directive: I ask open questions, challenge your thinking, and help you see possibilities you may not have considered. The focus is always on you - your assumptions, patterns, confidence and clarity - rather than on fixing the operational issue itself.

Coaching: Space to think, grow, and lead with confidence
